Donald B. Mark, Esq., graduated from Rutgers University with high honors and then went on to study law at Temple University School of Law in Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the Bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Practicing law for more than 18 years, he has had extensive experience in commercial, collection, casino, bankruptcy, real estate, Medicaid matters, matrimonial, and appellate work. He has litigation experience at all levels of court, including a petition for certiorari before the United States Supreme Court.
As a solo practitioner, Mr. Mark now concentrates his practice on elder law with particular emphasis on Medicaid Program coverage. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and presents seminars on elder law issues to groups and clubs through out the Tri-County Area. Co-author of a book on elder law, he now provides lectures to attorneys on this subject. Mr. Mark is a member of the Camden County Bar Association.
The National Elder Law Foundation has certified Mr. Mark as an Elder Law Attorney. This is the only organization that has been recognized by the American Bar Association as certifying attorneys in the field of elder law. At the present time, there are approximately only 200 attorneys in the entire country that are Certified Elder Law Attorneys.
Mr. Mark writes a monthly column for the Courier Post and he is also a columnist in a monthly periodical entitled Prime Time Monthly that focuses on elder law issues. Mr. Mark has also appeared on television to discuss important elder law issues. He was recently a guest on Legal Line for WPSJ-TV on channel 8.
